I fly next month first time Business Class to Bangkok with Thaiairways, can I uses the FAST TRACK with my Boarding Card ?

Some airlines give fast track cards, some don't. If you're flying TG just go to the further right area of the immigration at D4 and use that Fasttrack with you TG C BP.

If you're flying SQ, you'll get a fast track pass.

I flew on AA that month (Feb). Did not get fast track coming or going, but the lines were fairly short. It is a big airport with lots of passport control people.

Yes this is right, you will find that many National carriers of countries have similar benefits for premium travellers. The one I love is Indonesia, they are starting to roll out their immigration VOA on board, how cool is that?

TG doe not give out fasttrack passes period. When you access the main immigration hall across from gate D4 make your way to the right-most fasttrack area, show the employee your TG C/F BP and continue through.

You approach the fast track area with your BP ready. There might be a member of staff waiting to look at it. Otherwise the immigration person might want to check it. It's pretty effortless.
