Looks like US is taking advantage of Corporate Airlines not using the DCA-ILM authority it recieved when Midway lost its National slots.

ARLINGTON, Va., July 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- US Airways Express will
begin weekday nonstop roundtrip service between Ronald Reagan Washington
National Airport and Wilmington, N.C., beginning Aug. 1, 2003. US Airways
Express carrier Piedmont Airlines will operate the service with 37-seat Dash-8
turbo-prop aircraft.
From Washington, the flight will depart at 9:45 a.m., and will arrive in
Wilmington at 11:30 a.m. From Wilmington, the flight will depart at 11:55
a.m., and will arrive in Washington at 1:35 p.m. These flights will operate
Monday through Friday. On Sundays, one flight only will operate departing
from Wilmington at 6:50 p.m., and arriving in Washington at 8:30 p.m.
The US Airways Express wholly owned subsidiaries and affiliate carriers
currently operate more than 2,000 flights daily, serving 155 destinations in
the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. Piedmont Airlines is a wholly-owned
subsidiary of US Airways, Inc., based in Salisbury, Md.
US Airways was granted temporary authority by the U.S. Department of
Transportation (DOT) on July 2, 2003, to operate this service until Oct. 25,
2003. US Airways and other carriers will be given the opportunity to apply to
operate indefinitely on this route pending DOT's initiation of a new
proceeding to reallocate the slot exemptions should Corporate Airlines fail to
operate the slots by Oct. 25, 2003. Corporate Airlines has yet to introduce
service under the slot-exemption authority it was provided on Jan. 22, 2003.

service to nearly 200 destinations worldwide, including 37 states in the U.S.
In the Caribbean, US Airways serves Antigua, Aruba, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda,
Cancun, Cozumel, Grand Bahama Island, Grand Cayman, Grenada, Montego Bay,
Nassau, Providenciales, Punta Cana, San Juan, Santo Domingo, St. Kitts, St.
Lucia, St. Thomas, St. Maarten, and St. Croix. US Airways Express also serves
North Eleuthera, Governors Harbour, Marsh Harbour and Treasure Cay from select
cities in Florida. In Canada, US Airways serves Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa.
