Fairmont President's Club - Dear Fairmont, Your website doesn't like me!

I love Fairmont hotels, but this website they have, it's got to be one of the worst out there among the major brands.
Or is it just me?
I tried to log on, and it took me 10 minutes. Then it says I had no stays, no reservations, no profile, nothing.
Great. Oh, I am sure it's a glitch, but if memory serves, we've seen many such glitches in the last little while. It's just very disappointing. And frustrating.
Is anyone else having this problem (again)?

Yes, same here, during the last 24h my status was downgraded to Club, upgraded to Plat again, downgraded to Club, and finally back to Plat again.

Same issue with disappearing reservations, links to room descriptions not working, prices being displayed wrongly.

Donīt take it personally, itīs just the crappy IT system.;)

I agree it can be annoying at times, the faulty IT system is the only thing I donīt like about Fairmont. Iīve also given up sending feedback about the IT system, the employees are often equally annoyed with the system, guess someone isnīt willing to spend the money or they havenīt found company willing to deal with it (without starting from scratch and not having a system for some time)

The system was down for me yesterday.. but my reservations are still alive.. computers being upgraded on the changeover, and shows how old, slow and how much of an upgrade is needed to FPC/Fairmont reservation systems.

Thanks, AM. It's working now. Seems that fairmont has done this upgrade stuff quite a bit and yet the system continues to be deficient. We can only hope, eh? :)

I'm surprised that FPC got the new Passions App to work on www.fairmont.com. I mean, the system is old, klunky, and at times unworkable.
