Hi

I had a two night stay in HI Kensington Forum - one night paid (standard room- best flexible rate) and one night with a Sweet Dilemma free night but the entire stay has posted as non-qualifying. Any ideas why???

Yes, the hotel understood it as one stay and thus as an award stay. Instead of posting here you could solve the problem by filing a missing stay claim just for that one single paid reservation and the problem will be solved within a day or so.

Exactly the same happened to me after a paid & SD stay at IC London.

I paid Adv Purchace for the first night and they posted the whole stay as non qualifying.

A call to the PC center rectified the matter.

I called PCR - they advised that the hotel had identified the error and it would be corrected overnight.

Checked this morning - both nights are still showing as non-qualifying but there were 292 points for 'food'. I didn't purchase any food during my stay.

I have sent in a points discrepancy form.
