What about the other US Express carriers? I'm not sure what your point is if you don't include them ...

Mesa is gone. Midway, which is an unfair comparison, is down 52%.
Currently, our non-stops are CLT (7x/day), PHL (3x) and DCA (3x on USX).
In 2001, the non-stops included CLT (8x), BWI (3x on MJ), DCA (3x), LGA (3x on MJ) and PHL (2x). Express flights were TPA (5x), MIA (2x), MCO (1x), TLH (3x), CLT (1x) and Hilton Head (1x).
Going back to 1999, there was increased frequency to MIA, TPA and MCO. Other non-stops included FLL (4x), PBI (3x), BHM (2x), PIT (2x mainline) and GNV (1x).
Other than the 6AM to TLH and the Saturday 6AM to BWI, loads were consistently over 80%.
