Travel with Pets - small dog- international travel in cabin - J or FView Full Version : small dog- international travel in cabin - J or F Cannonball Run Mar 1, 11, 8:59 pm Is anyone aware of a carrier that will allow a small dog (under 20lbs) in the cabin (F or J) from the USA to Europe (ideally Italy - but can really land almost anywhere and drive). Any assistance would be appreciated. I would even be willing to purchase a seat for her. I know - I'm sometimes nuts.
