Cruises - Cunard QM2 - Q vs P

I have heard that now the Q restaurnt, lounges, etc are open to P class. If so, is there any reason to do Q?

I never found one. Quite satisfied with Princess Grill and the food/menu options there.

I have not sailed in "P grill class" (I have in "Q") and I have heard that about the only difference in the two as far as the dining room is concerned is that there is a lot more table side preparation done in "Q". Please note that both grills use the same galley, so much will be the same.
