Hawaii-based Airlines - Board and Deplane through Airstairs in Haneda?

I've found a few videos of HA flights arriving in Haneda and they seem to show airstairs meeting the plane instead of a jetway upon arrival. When I also go to the Haneda airport flight info website, HA's flight never seems to have a gate assignment. Is this a pretty standard thing for HA's flight to Haneda to be using air stairs? I ask because my mom has a hip problem and will I will probably request a wheelchair for her if she would otherwise have to ascend / descend stairs for boarding and deplaning. Thanks in advance.

Can't say for sure but, I've flown out of HND twice now and I recall ONLY 4 gates with Jet Bridges. They were occupied by either NH or JL. I also saw SQ have with a gate for one of their flights. However, my TG flight did not have a "gate" and I suspect its the same for HA. The late night time period had an incredible number of flights coming and going. I suppose not all carriers get/negotiated the JetBridges.

Do all 10 gates have a Jet Bridge? I was bussed to a plane from a gate without one...

When I flew HND-HNL on HA a couple of months ago, we were bused out to the plane on departure from HND and bused back to the terminal on arrival at HND.
