US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Award problem on UA: booking code/ticket designator?

Hi. I'm trying to redeem an award ticket on UA flights (using Dividend Miles), and the people at US reservations don't seem to know how to issue the ticket correctly.

I requested a first class domestic award. Two of the three flights in my reservation are on three-class aircraft (and the other one is on a single-class commuter aircraft). Per the award chart that US publishes for United/US Airways itineraries, first class on a three-class aircraft is 60,000 miles, and first class on a two-class aircraft is 50,000 miles. So, they should deduct 60,000 miles for my itinerary and book the ticket in first.

When I booked the ticket, they booked the first class segments in O class and gave me seat assignments in first. The award fare basis or "ticket designator," however, was UEOS50, and they only deducted 50,000 miles from my account. UA subsequently informed me that this was an error. According to UA, US should have deducted 60,000 miles and used a different ticket designator.

I called US back, and they said that they had fixed it. However, they actually rebooked the ticket into business (I class), in spite of the fact that I explicitly requested first. The new ticket designator is USOS50.

Before I call back again, I'd like to know what the correct booking class and ticket designator should be, since no one I've talked to at US seems to. I'm assuming that the correct ticket designator ends with "60". Does anyone know what the rest of it is? Is the correct booking class O or something else entirely?

Also, they're booking the single-class commuter flight in X class. That's correct, right?

Thanks very much to anyone who can help!
