When does US Air send its statements? It seems like its been a while since I received my last one...

As of last month, DM statements are sent via e-mail only (as per notification on my B of A statement). It further says to visit www.usairways.com/estatements (http://www.usairways.com/estatements) and update your account profile and, if done by June 30, 2003, you will earn 1000 bonus miles.

My latest one was received on 5/15 for 4/4-5/9 activity.
