We are family of 3 will be going to HHI and Savannah coming weekend. We are not sure of visting places and best eat outs. We are driving from Charlotte, Any recs would be appreciated.

On Hilton Head, our favorites are:
Breakfast: Skillets or Signe's
Seafood: Sea Shack or Crazy Crab (we only go to the one on 278)
Lunch: Earl of Sandwich
Ice Cream: Pino Gelato
BBQ: Smokehouse
Sports Bar: Casey's
Pizza: Giuliano's
American: Hilton head Diner
British Open Pub
Seafood Buffet in the Shipyard Crowne Plaza

Bubba Gump Shrimp
Enjoy!!!

I'm a big fan of Civil War History so I'd hit up these places in Savannah, especially with kids:

Also, Tybee Island is a pretty place for lunch, a nice walk on the beach etc.
