US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - 50% off Rack Rate Hotel Coupons

Unfortunately UAL no longer issues these, but heard that USAir might.

I am going to Paris for 3 nights in early May and am looking to try and stay at the Park Hyatt Vendome and am looking to manufacture a non-astronomical rate. easier said than done!
