TalkBoard Topics - Has Internet Brands sold FlyerTalk?

I haven't seen any announcements on FT, and didn't run across anything with a google search, but we did have a recent post on the AA forum reporting Internet Brands has sold FT. I still see Internet Brands employees posting here (easily recognized with screen names that start with "IB"), so don't know if the post on AA is credible or not.

Anyone able to comment as to whether a sale has occurred or whether the post on the AA forum is credible?

"Tiger Would' is affiliated with Hellman & Friedman LLC, New York office. The new owners of Flyer Talk effective 12/17/2010.

Internet Brands was sold to a private equity firm (http://www.dmwmedia.com/news/2010/09/20/internet-brands-sold-private-equity-firm-640-million) in Sept 2010. FlyerTalk continues to be owned by Internet Brands.
