Suggestions - why only 100 PM limit?

Are you referring to the number of messages you can send out at one time or the number of messages that you can store? If it's the ones you receive/send and store, my limit is 500 there.

Yeah I'm talking about the number I can store. I guess it is 500 now that I look more closely. Still, that's really small. Why not make it unlimited?

yeah agreed, i'm constantly having to export my PMs to archive them

It was explained to me (and other volunteer moderators, who have larger PM limits) that archiving a large number of old PMs has the potential to negatively impact this site's performace.

I don't know the current status of the FlyerTalk Premium membership that was given to members who subscribed to InsideFlyer, but in addition to removing ads, FlyerTalk Premium raises the PM limit. If it's important to you and it's still available for sale, that is one option to consider.

We are planning a launch of premium annual membership and one of the benefits will be increase in PM box size. Premium members will also get an ads free experience on FlyerTalk. We are still working on the rest of the feature set and price point.
