Anyone using a free miles/points manager to track their points, perks and status? Is there a particular one that is highly rated here by this forums users.

Awardwallet is definitly my favourite one.
There is also a great choice outside of US loyalty programs.

+1 Award Wallet. Some people hate the newly designed website and prefer the old layout, but it looks ok to me on a 29" monitor

What features do you think make upgrading worth it?

I just started using AwardWallet, and paid to upgrade...the upgrade is good because you won't get full information on all your accounts if you don't upgrade. For example, they'll only give you expiration dates on 3 or 4 accounts, and I think they hide some of the details.

You can test drive yourself...just set up and account and start adding rewards programs. You can see what information they hide (info is replaced with Upgrade link), and if it matters to you what they hide, make a small donation to view that information

Lol, I think I upgraded at some point b/c I do not see any upgrade buttons and all my expirations are present. Must have been cheap because I do not upgrade very often.

Haven't used one before, thanks for the tips. Signed up for awardwallet and looks good to me. Same concept as mint.com.
