South America - GYE to CUE via Taxi

Does anyone have contact information for a taxi/transportation company that will take me from GYE to CUE?

What about flying? The Ecuadoran airline TAME flies the route twice daily on weekdays and once daily on weekends. Flying time is 30 minutes. I just looked at the website and one-way fares start at about $60.

AeroGal and LAN flights did not connect..

SJOGUY, Thanks to your information, I just booked the flights on TAME..
We are spending 2 weeks on the Galapagos Islands then return to spend 3 days at Cuenca.
