Other Car Rental Programs (ie. Alamo, Enterprise) - Can drop-off fee be couponed/discounted?

For late Feb 2011, minivan from FL to NY is just $12/day with drop-off fee $250. What Enterprise coupon (or discount, or affiliation) can help reduce their DROP-OFF fee? I understand about reducing daily rate (by 15% or whatever); but can DROP-OFF FEE be reduced in same manner?

No. Enterprise usually does not do one-ways, and the FL driveout you may be thinking of doesn't start until after Spring Break in April. This year, no companies are offering one-way specials on minivans.
