Can small children be seated in Main Cabin Select or First Class? Which rows?
I have taken my kids (3 and 5) on First Class to Orlando and back on Delta, and I know we had to be in the second row and not the first row with kids that small.
I also know young kids of that age can't be in "exit row" and "bulk head" rows.
Anyone know the policies on Virgin America flights for young children?

They can be in FC anywhere, but if you book in Main Cabin Select, they have to be over the age of 15 to be in the exit row.

Thanks. Exactly what I needed to know.

I'm surprised to hear that DL prohibits kids from bulkhead seats. I was seated in bulkheads several times as an unaccompanied minor and I still see them seated there from time to time. Some airlines have (or had) baby bassinet fittings in bulkhead positions and often hold back those seats until day of departure for families, the elderly and disabled, etc.
The only FAA regulation regarding age/physical restrictions is 15+ and able-bodied for exit rows as mentioned.

Interesting.... yeah I had all four of us booked in Row 1 and they had to move us to Row 2.
My kids were 1 and 3 at the time, and both had big car seats with them. Maybe it was because of the car seats?
Thank god for the new FAA approved harnesses now. Makes me life SO much easier at the airport with the kids.
