Los Angeles - Reasonably priced wine/tapas bars near Westwood?

Can anyone recommend a decent restaurant/bar in the Westwood/Rancho Park/Century City area that has a good selection of wines by the glass and small plates for a reasonable price?
The atmosphere needs to be quiet enough to have a normal, adult, human conversation, so no nightclubs/lounges or places with music (band/DJ/jukebox), please.
Thanks in advance.

It's not a tapas bar by any means but if you want to take someone to a nice place with a good wine selection in westwood - with good atmosphere for conversation I would go to the Napa Valley Grill. They certainly have lots of wine including plenty by the glass and some flight trios. Atmosphere is lovely there great for converstaion. You can order lots of different things they have great hors d'ouvres. They also have an excellent outdoor patio as we as diverse indoor seating options. I often arrange business dinners there and I take my spouse there for more intimate 2 person meals.

I suggest Orris. It's on Sawtelle Blvd, between Olympic and Santa Monica. Tapas with an Asian twist. EXCELLENT.
Check it out.

I checked out their menus and this seems like just the sort of place I was looking for. Does it get crowded on Friday nights?

It's a reasonably popular place but you can reserve it online. They are on opentable. (www.opentable.com) I always make a reservation when I go there and I always go for dinner, rather than the bar. Although they do have a bar.
