Hawaii - Aqua Kauai Beach Resort?

I have done searches and haven't seen any mention of this hotel. The rates seem very reasonable and the reviews mostly positive. Has anyone stayed here? How does it compare, for example, to the Sheraton Kauai, which is slightly more expensive but the reviews seems to be all over the place?

You probably haven't seen any mention of it because until recently it was the Hilton Kauai Beach Resort. You may want to look in the Hilton forum for information about the layout, grounds, etc. Of course, as to any information about the current service and rooms, you may be left to your own devices if no one here has stayed there. :)

The Sheraton has a better location in terms nearness to the south and west side sites and beaches, as well as shopping and the best restaurants, but this hotel is more centrally located for the whole island.
