Chicago - Great Vegan Options At ORD- CIBO Gourmet market

I usually do trips southbound via MIA. In the past, I've found the vegan options at MIA lacking and haven't looked forward to my layovers there. This week I had to make a last minute trip and routed via ORD where I found a great shop called "CIBO Gourmet market" with interesting vegan options. Some options included: Beet root salad, veg jerk tofu wrap, tofu buffalo stips, veg hoagie, a couple different types of hummus and more. Just a heads up for anyone looking for interesting vegan eats.
