My dad qualified for Silver after 12/15 in 2002. The e-upgrades I thought would have posted by 3/1...

Did he get any upgrades at the time? According to moelleref's post on this thread

He didn't get any when he reached SP. I think because it was after 12/15.

I've just dropped from CP to Gold today. The welcoming letter said that 10 e-upgrades had already been deposited in my E-Upgrade bank (of course I didn't really have one as a CP). It's at 0 at this point. Have dropped them a note - though it's probably rushing it.
