Yes you do get PJ's
You book meals by going here (http://www.thaiair.com/AWR_PREM/view-trip.jsp) and typing in your PNR. Once looking at your booking there is an option to choose meals.. Just click whichever one you want ^

I sleep in my TG jammies every night (from my MUC-BKK overnight last year). I prefer the purple ones if they are still on offer. They are a little looser and I think the blue shirt has buttons IIRC while the purple is just a long sleeved pullover type.

Just arrived into SYD in F and got the Blue ones with the buttons down the front. A little less flashy than the purple ones they gave away before. The CX pyjamas beat out all others IMO tho.

The Shanghai Tangs from CX is what I have on now :).
Ill be doing most of the flights the OP is inquiring about, so thanks for the info.

Last week on LHR-BKK we got the purple ones which were pullover type, this week on BKK-SYD we got the blue ones which button down the front - but were still pullover capable.
Kept the blue ones as they were more shapely than the purple IMO

It's hard to believe a whole post devoted to PJ's. Yes you are set to go on each of the routes you specify.
If you hope to get a matching night cap to boot, you are set for disappointment.
