Technical Support and Feedback - Can't change email or reset password

I can still log into this site (using the Facebook connection), but I'm not getting email notifications of threads I'm subscribed to. The reason must be because I no longer have the email address I used to sign up to this website.

No problem, just update my email address, right? Trouble is, I guess I've forgotten my password and all attempts to reset it are sending messages to that old, obsolete email address. What can I do? Thanks.
