Can I get the bonus for using the kiosk if I'm flying on an e-saver? The announcement of the bonus doesn't mention the e-saver exception that they have for the online booking bonus. I'm thinking that I'd like to take an e-saver to PHL the next time they have one on a weekend when I can go; the flights would bring me within 500 miles of the award level I'd like. I haven't used a US kiosk before, so I'd like to know if I can count on the 1000-mile bonus; otherwise I'd need to stay at a 500-mile hotel or something.
