Budget - Southwest miles in Canada?

Hey, all. Going to be renting a car in Canada from Budget this month. Can I collect Southwest miles from this rental? Southwest's page says the following:

Rapid Rewards Members will receive 0.5 credits at participating U.S. Budget airport locations by requesting credit at the time of the rental.

Not sure if this is really true or if my miles might slip by in the system. Anyone?

I've rented from the YYC airport location regularly and never even get basic Delta miles that are supposed to include Canadian locations. Good luck, but I'd say that your odds aren't good.
