US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - 2003 Preferred Miles Balance

Does anyone know when 2003 preferred mileage balance in my account will begin to reflect the promised "bonus miles that count towards preferred status" and/or the 4Q02 CP offer stating miles over 100K count towards 03 "preferred status". I have not seen either come through yet and wondered if anyone else had, or if not, when to start looking.

"All you have to do is fly. Your Dividend Miles account will be credited with the extra Preferred Miles and Segments by March 15, 2003."
