Other North & South America Frequent Flyer Programs - Aerosur (5L) service from IAD?

I've seen varying reports on the service from IAD to Bolivia, but I'm a little confused as to what is on offer. So far I've seen:

IAD-VVI with a stop in MIA on one or both legs
IAD-CBB-VVI-IAD (effective March 2011) with a stop in MIA or PTY

Can anyone confirm what the service actually entails? I am especially interested in the IAD-CBB leg.

On a related note, how does one check fares and purchase tickets with Aerosur? The airline website doesn't list IAD as an origin or destination, and ITA won't price it either.

I would also be very interested to know this information. I have previously booked domestic tickets within Bolivia by contacting Aerosur's office in Northern Virginia (703-531-0773). I've always found their agents to be very helpful, although I have conducted my transactions in Spanish. Please report back if you learn the definitive schedule.
