Just got it this morning. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif

I presume the unlimited upgrade policy means I have no need for the e-upgrade bank (T/F?)

I have three paper NAU's. I think I can turn them in for 12 e-upgrades, and then convert them to 6000 miles (T/F?)

I can concert my existing e-upgrades to miles at 500 per.(T/F?)

My 2 SWU's - I can convert but I might want to keep in case I do a paid transatlantic. Any advice on these?

Thank y'all in advance.

1) T - no need for e-upgrade bank. they should be converted to 500 dm miles

2) there seems to be mixed results on this. send them in and try. however, i think the 4-1 conversion ended 12/5; now it is (maybe) 3-1. there are several threads on this if you'd like to search

3) think so. see other threads for results

4) upon expiration (or sooner) can be redeemed for 500 miles. this is based on personal experience rather than stated policy (that i am aware of). ymmv

hope this helps a bit...

The e-upgrade exchange conversion rate by mail is 4-1 until Jan. 31st and 3-1 at the airport.

And the SWU's are good for 2000 miles each just like the NAU's.
