US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Flying but no e-upgrades in bank yet?

Does anyone know what US has done for customers with no upgrades because they are waiting for the e-upgrades to post to their bank. I have a flight on SAT., but my upgrade bank still shows zero. I sent my paper certs in on 11/27. I can't upgrade til FRI anyways, so maybe upgrades will post by then, but if they don't?

call the silver desk. They may be able to help. I think you can get on to the upgrade list any time (the earlier the better) and if they have posted, they will be deducted when you fly. If they don't post, you may at the mercy of US Air.

If you sent in all of your paper upgrades and no bank appears before your window for upgrading opens, still call and upgrade. I believe US is still allowing you to borrow from your e-bank even though it doesn't appear. Call res and ask....

Co worker was upgraded from Tampa-Pittsburgh 3 days ago with all his paper in the mail and 0 eupgrades.

The DM desk told me to call them and that they would be flexible.

Call, they'll upgrade you, then at the airport they'll comp. you the number of upgrades you need and deduct the compped upgrades when your normal upgrades are posted electronically.

This is the way it worked when I traveled this weekend.

Thanks everybody for the replies. I can't clear an upgrade until Friday anyways. But I will call and request the upgrade on FRI even if the upgrades aren't in my bank yet. Also what is the earliest that I can request the upgrade. Flight is at 6:25 pm on sat. IS it 24 hours before or midnight thursday night. If it's midnight, is that Pacific, eastern, etc.

It recently changed to Central, so you can call at 01:00 on Friday.....

Hang on, that's the old system. Now you can request it on the phone or online in advance, just like on United if I am not mistaken. It then gets processed within your status window.
