US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - NAU Windows Now Open at Midnight CT Instead of Midnight ET?

On Sunday night I placed a call at 11 pm central time (opening of Gold NAU window) to upgrade a flight on this Thursday. After being on hold for a few minutes, the agent told me that my upgrade had cleared, but that the call center for processing NAUs was now in Tulsa and that the windows now opened at midnight central time instead of midnight eastern time.
It might not matter once the UA codeshare is fully in place, but has anyone else heard of this? I really won't have a problem staying up until midnight, but folks on the east coast might need the No-Doz.
Cheers.

After december 5th at least we can stop staying up late!
If any of you have any access to lesconcierges.com either via work or a MBNA credit card they will call for you to do your upgrades.

If they are just using a new sabre module, it might very well be at a data center in Tulsa. Who knows?
I must say that one of the very best things about being CP is the "queue." Staying up got old, in a hurry.

Ugh. I'll be staying up again tonight to (hopefully) upgrade the return. I may have to snag an extra package of Milanos out of the snack basket to make up for it.

NO ONE .....I REPEAT....NO ONE has to stay up anymore. The same system which puts a CP on queue is used for ALL Preferred members. It's the Upgrade Request Process....which allows an upgrade to be "requested" ANYTIME in advance. The system automatically confirms if available at the appropriate window (7/3/1). Only available by calling res at this time but soon to be added as feature on website as well. So for those who have future travel....call and "Request" your upgrade !

Again, let me thank you for your presence here at FT! As in the past, your above post was NEWS TO ME! Armed with the info you provided about not needing to stay up until the wee hours to clear, I called res tonight and put myself in queue for everything I have booked for the remainder of the year. (And REALLY keeping my fingers crossed for Envoy over to Paris for Thanksgiving weekend! 8-) )
Thanks again for the update. Please stay with us!!!
