US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - US downgrades to RJs in BTV

Does this mean that airfares in and out of BTV will get even more expensive?

Same level of demand, fewer seats. You betcha!! You would think that they would at least increase frequency. This is going to a BIG impact on those Saturday morning Disney flights.

What is it with 2/9/03? I have 2 FC awards tix on US/Q BTV-PHL-LAX-AKL-LAX-PHL-BTV orignating on that date. Two months ago, Q decided to end FC service LAX-AKL-LAX on that date and now US discontinues mainline service to BTV on the same day. Aargh!

...and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton going all US Express in January.

Funny.. Burlington voters just approved a 25 million dollar airport expansion to add on to the terminals... Guess with only RJ's this is going to open up gate 1 at BTV...

I've found that on my couple of trips to BTV since Jetblue came in that things have been fairly reasonable.

That said, I've only ever been up to BTV on mainline metal once. D328s the rest of the time...

There was a sentence in today;s briefing at work that implied that there would be RJ's to CLT....though I try not to start rumors ..I will try to confirm this one tomorrow at work. Let's cross our fingers!
