Something strange happened. I just checked my online DM account and a kiosk bonus showed up. It was not the regular 50 miles but the 1000 first time bonus for my US flight in October. I do not know if it had anything to do with sweeping all the codes off DM accounts but I have not signed up for anything for a while.
