US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - status match and United partership

I am an American Platinum and also have silver on Delta and premier on united. My weekly commute is ORD - PHL so have been flying American but the service is going downhill due to reduction in flights and the schedule being dominated by the dreaded fokker. I am not elite on US Airways but was wondering if status matches are offered, any thoughts on US vs other carriers and if the recent partership b/w United and US air will help me or block me from getting status on US airways.

I fly alot to FL (the reason for my DL status) and US airways seems to have access to all of FL so losing my DL status would not matter to me. Would appreciate some feedback.
