Air France Frequence Plus - Manage your reservation online

I travel next month to Sydney (AF to Hong Kong and then code share with Qantas to Sydney) and I have been successful in allocating seats through the "Manage my booking" tool on the AF website in 3 of the 4 flights only. When I tried to allocate a seat on the HK-SYD leg, I noticed that all seats are unavailable. I initially thought that this was due to the fact that this is a code share flight on Qantas metal and that therefore I would not be able to choose my seat. However, I did manage to choose a seat on the SYD-HK flight. Would this mean there are no places available on the HK-SYD leg? Has anybody experienced this before? And should I worry?

Better call AF immediately. They have blocked seats on QF flights. But their allotment could be exhausted and they would have to give you seat numbers usually assigned to QF tickets.

Or it's just a system glitch regarding seat selection for that flight in Amadeus (~95%).

Thanks Brunos, called AF and they sorted it out for me. They couldn't tell me however why I have not been able to choose a seat myself but that doesn't surprise me at all :)
