US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Missing a segment...

Argh! I'm missing a segment! One that I really want just on principle! They diverted the flight after 3 aborted landing attempts and then diddled for a couple of hours getting a bus -- I finally got home at 3am and had my whole weekend messed up as a result http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif

And it was a *&?@!$% full fare! (Yes, it was the return half of "Ben's Revenge")

I have squawked and gotten that segment back with out to much hassle from US before the BK. Have things changed? Please advise

PineyBob, I don't think the Chapter 11 filing has anything to do with it. If (1) you are entitled to the segment and (2) you don't mind them scrutinizing your DM account, then call or fill out a form online requesting the segment.
