I have this itinerary to you by the Virtually There email.

I just wanted to remind you of the new rules for non-refundable
tickets that the airlines have just started about 2weeks ago.

I am sorry if I am repeating myself to you but it is important.

Any changes must be made before the dates on the ticket
otherwise you will forfeit the ticket (thank US Airways for that one).

It's not US's fault that NW and other airlines copied their policy. The other airlines had no obligation to duplicate US's policy, that decision was totally their own.
