I came home to find a surprising message from int'l reservations on my answering machine this evening. They were calling to check to make sure they hadn't screwed up reservations to FCO for my sister and me. Although we are flying together outbound, she is returning a day earlier.
They noted that we were not flying on the same flight and just wanted me to call to confirm that we were supposed to be on 2 different flights. I called and confirmed that everything is scheduled as planned.
Every call I have ever received from US (a grand total of 3) has always been surprising and yet positive. Although it would have been even better if they were calling to tell me my upgrade cleared http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif
