I'll be flying AMS to AGP this summer - does any discount airline (in my case, Vueling and Brussels Airlines) offer anything worth signing up for?

Also, I've never flown them, but don't believe Brussels is considered a discount carrier.
Seemed like pretty much every other carrier when I've flown them. I wouldn't put them in the discount carrier range. I am pretty sure that I got 100% AE status miles for my flights with them.
