Does anyone else have a way to confirm this? She stated it changed last week. I upgraded the V class ticket using an (old rules) SWU and the K ticket with miles. I was told, at that time, that I couldn't have done it the other way around. Maybe the rule has changed? Or maybe the agent was confused about the SWU rules.. |
