US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Vacations

Disloyal cockroach that I am I'm planning a vacation... I'll be taking the Mrs to the Caribbean (noplace specific, whatever works for the dates) sometime in the winter. I plan to use the residual value of two tix to London that were unused due to certain events that precluded overseas travel last September.

I'm wondering if US Airway's Vacations is a reasonable way to arrange the whole thing with one phone call. Or are they going to spaz over the unused tix? Or would I be better off just calling the CP desk for the flights and figuring out the hotel on my own?

Any thoughts?

I'm going to London next month and booked it through US Airways vacations. I checked their web site then tried to do better. They beat the price hands down.

I found them reasonable to deal with. However, they are a seperate comapany. They did not want to hear that I was upgrading since it confused them. I don't know if they can take the value of the unused ticket. They use bulk air but they still have fare classes.
