Korea - Seoul over Chinese New Year holiday

Planning to visit Seoul for a week (5-7 days) during Chinese New Year, we are a family with two young kids, girls 7 and 3yrs old.

Need to find some recommendations for a decent hotel for around $150usd/night, I have HH, but have read terrible things about Hilton in Seoul, so something else. Also, good entertainment for the kids, aquariums, kids museums, zoo? Thanks for any feedback!

I will tell you that location is quite important in Seoul - this is a huge city. They now have a train connecting Incheon airport with downtown - it just opened after 10 yrs construction. A very cold place in February!
