A few hours ago, this was announced. Good thread in the WN forum describing. It becomes effective 3/1/11.

Credits have been replaced with a point system. The program is similar to JetBlue's, as it's based on fare paid and your status. For the first time, there are "Tier-Qualifying Points" for A-List and the new A-List Preferred, sort of analogous to DL's MQMs or UA's EQMs, except that they are not miles-based. They are attainable only with BIS flying or as a bonus with WN Visa spend.

If you want a Companion Pass, now is the time to get it, as validity period will be extended to 12/31/11 or 12/31/12, depending when you hit 100 credits. Might be a good time to dump in some Starpoints or get a Marriott package.

A person at the top tier who buys just 10 $440 RTs (Business Select) with the WN Visa will get a Companion Pass once the new system is in place. No more 100 flights.

There are now options for international flights and Hawaii.

Too much to detail here, so you might want to take a look.:
