Looking at taking the Celebrity Equinox 11 night Med cruise that overnights in Istanbul. Any suggestions on "must see" things to do, potential guides to talk with etc?

We used Sea Song for our tours (private). We went to several museums, the Blue Mosque, Haggia Sophia, etc. We went to Kempinski Palace on our own for high tea (really a meal in itself) and to gaze out over the Bosphorus. We will return.
