US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Cost of US Club Trial Membership?

I've searched the forums, and can't find any cost listing so I figured I'd ask...

What's the cost of a day pass (if available) or a 3/6 month trial membership to the US Airways Club?

I asked a few weeks ago. For elites (doesn't matter which level), it's $100 for 3 months. $175 for 6.
