Not that we're surprised, what with our recent USAir lovefest but WSJ ranks US 2nd behind CO in Ontime Arrivals, 3rd behind Southwest and American Eagle in Consumer Complaints and 1st in Mishandled Baggage with these being the best. USAir wins out overall, and you guys know I lovem but really ontime arrivals for me this summer been a little lacking and NONE of us check our bags do we? I would add to this, based on looking at the other boards, U is 1st or 2nd in FA helpfulness, TA helpfulness, 1st in this new attitude by the captains, 1st in domestic food in FC. (Need I bring up FF program?)I'm actually contemplating buying some low priced stock right now! Source for above p.D4 of 8/6/02 WSJ.
