US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - BOA Visa 10k mystery

Many of us have the Dividend Miles Visa. All year long, I've been eagerly awaiting a line item adding 10k to my balance.

So I call today to check, and my Liaison tells me it was added back in June! Problem is, she tells me, I can't see it. There's no line item on my account to track it. It just gets added.

With all the extra miles floating around recently, it's pretty hard for me to track everything. I've just gratefully watched the miles add up. But, still, it's hard for me to believe I missed a 10k jump with no documentation. And it's quite a blow to my "Internal Status Counter" (always running in the background of my mind)to realize I've ALREADY got the bonus--that I can't count on adding 10k to my current total.

Can someone confirm this? Hope is still flickering...

Mine posted on June 16th as "BOA Platinum Miles For Cash" -- 10,000 miles.

I got the 10K "preferred" miles during the last month as I had passed the $25K spending threshold with the USAir VISA card.

I noticed that only my base miles (2002 Preferred miles) went up 10K but the total FF miles stayed the same. I reread the BOA terms & conditions and noted that it says something like that "10K of the miles that you have earned" become preferred miles when you pass the $25K in spending.

This is my first year with the USAir VISA Platinum as I used to do the "Delta Gold AMEX scam" for a number of years. I would like to hear from anyone who has definite information.
