I have been asked by a few people how Azul is? I can only comment on Jet Blue in the US. Have you experience with Azul?

I used their services only a couple of times (and over a year ago), but overall it was a quite enjoying experience. Flights on time, good onboard service, great planes, really nothing much more I could wish for. If they had a miles programme more suited to my needs I’d certainly use them more.

While Azul was founded by the former head of Jet Blue, I didn't think there was any other link. One of my wife's aunts flew Azul from Campinas to Fortaleza and back and said the experience was positive. I've never taken them. Every time I've checked fares from here, they've been high. But that obviously varies by day and route.
