We are taking a cruise from Boston the end of September and have never been to Boston. When we disembark the cruise ship, how much time should we allow to get to the Logan. Also, how busy is Logan and how much time should we allow - 2 hours? We fly out on Saturday, October 1.

Logan is 10-15 minutes by taxi from the Black Falcon Cruise Terminal. It is located right next to the Ted Williams Tunnel which goes directly to the airport. The Silver Line is located near the World Trade Center, which you can walk to from Black Falcon, but I probably wouldn't do it with luggage and it will be a longer trip as it is the subway.

cacic's info is Spot On. Grab a cab, you'll be at Logan in 10-15 minutes. How busy is Logan? Depends on your definition. Also depends on what airline you're getting on, and if you're traveling domestic or international. For domestic, 90 minutes is always a good idea. If there are security delays, it would suck to miss your flight. For International, 2 hours is wise.
