US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Never Got Quick Silver Status Upgrade

I registered for one of the Quick Gold/Quick Silver upgrade programs, and satisfied the Quick Silver conditions. This was 6 weeks age and I still haven't heard anything. I've flown since, and should have had Silver status at the time I flew.

What should I do?
